Polishing film pad is called for plastic

abrasives field for over 20years (I think). There are two types of polishing
film pads is applying in the polishing field. One is that this polishing film pad employs
diamond powder as polishing layer and plastic as its back side to polishing for
an object. The second polishing film pad employ polyester fabric as
the back side of the pad. And the polishing layer of materials can
be aluminum oxide, Black Silicon carbide and Zircon aluminum oxide. For second type of polishing
pad is called for polishing pad or plastic polishing pads also by abrasives practitioners. The extra fine application of this polishing
pad can be used to the surface finishing of automobile printing and the furniture
manufacturing, such as 400# and 600#. This is because the flatness of its back
side is very well, which overcomes the backing unflatness to make surface scratch for
a work piece. In addition, this kind of polishing film pad has the waterproof
of function when the surfaces of some metal work pieces have to be polished
with water.
